Every year the head of the Bank of the West's Small to Medium Enterprises lead travels to various branches on a roadshow tour. There was an to use this roadshow to rally the teams instead of treating them as status reports or standard meet and greets. The theme of this year was superpowers, which served as a way to celebrate and foster the employee skill-base.

Bank of the West 2016 All-Hands Roadshow
In 2016, the direct client wanted a cleaner more number-focused presentation. 2015 was a big year for the client. So they wanted to celebrate and recognize the team for their contribution. The overall design was a bit cleaner than the previous year, while still holding true to the internal team's brand attributes of being a fellowship of kick-a** rainmakers for their customers.
